Shipping Policies

Our birdhouse and related items ship from our warehouse in New York,Oregon or Missouri via FedEx ground, with a shipping time of 6-10 business days depending on your location, holidays, or severe weather. Should you need quicker arrival, please call us for a quote on Fedex Second Day or Next Day delivery, although these charges are usually high and are not controlled by us. We only ship internationally to Canada at this time.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada

There will be a $10 additional shipping chage per order to these locations.  It will be  added during the billing process

Packaging

Our products are always well packed with several layers of packaging materials to prevent breakage. The merchandise is either bubble-wrapped, secured in a styrofoam injected box or double-boxed for safe transit. After years of shipping merchandise around the world, we have learned how to properly wrap, package, cushion, tape, and secure our items. We take every measure to ship our items without breakage in transit!

Tracking Receipt

Tracking Receipt of your order will be confirmed and you will again be notified when your order actually ships. We'll provide you with tracking numbers at this time so you know exactly when to expect your package.

Returns

If you perchance receive the wrong item, call us and we'll send you a pre-paid label. 

If you don'tlike your item, you may also call us for return authorization.  In this case there will be a 10% re-stocking fee and yu will be responsible for the return postage.

If your item was damaged by Fedex, call us for return authorization .  We will send you a pre-paid reutrn lable and replace your item.  We will make the claim with Fedex.

In all cases you must have the origianl packaging.
